This Post is Guaranteed to Boost Your Confidence

Today, I’m going to write about confidence.

Because I have it. And you do, too. Even if you think you don’t.

There was probably a time in your life when you knew what you could do, and never bothered thinking about what you couldn’t do. Kids have this level of confidence.

Some call it ignorance.

That subtle confidence didn’t have even a trace of arrogance. It was pure.

But along the way, it’s easy to lose confidence in yourself. Things happen to us. We get banged up.

I get it.

But now, it’s time for you to call that confidence back. It’s always been there, after all. Hiding under the mess of emotions that adult life tends to stir up.

It’s time to embody the spirit that says “I can” — not because you think that everything will always work out for you, or because you’ll never have to deal with any struggle or hardship — but because there’s no real difference in saying you “can” do something or you “can’t” do something.

They both take the same amount of brain power.

They both contain the same amount of syllables.

Hell, they even sound the same.

The only difference is that one of those words empowers you to do your best work, and leads to happiness, while the other mires you in struggle and resistance.

One shows you possibility. The other shows you only dead ends and missed opportunities.

So if you could choose one, wouldn’t you simply want to embrace the option that gives you the best chance at a happy life?

You can do this.

If it’s still too soon to trust yourself again, then trust me.
