After about a month of mutually hectic schedules, Erin and I were finally able to connect.
She’s a great resource for so many reasons. First and foremost, her company Erin Blaskie, Inc. is all inclusive. She consults and strategizes with business owners to help them build their brand, grow their online presence and become more profitable. She (and her small team) also offer complete technical solutions including web design, WP management, etc.
However, what’s really cool about Erin is that despite being in such a labor-intensive niche, she maintains a strong presence in the day-to-day running of her brand. In our interview, we talk about the work-life balance, the scalability issues that arise with service-based business and how her priorities have changed since becoming a mother.
