I’m a firm believer in the idea that pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is one of the quickest ways to accomplish BIG goals.
I mean, think about it…if you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do something you’ve never done.
And doing something for the first time can be pretty damn uncomfortable.
(Case in point — I’ve written pretty extensively about how getting choked out by grown men has helped me become better in business…and life.)
But my experience doesn’t even come close to my friend, Mark Dhamma.
