Episode #6 – How To Master Your Fears and Become Superhuman with Mark Dhamma

Quick question: when was the last time you purposely pushed yourself out of your comfort zone?

I’m a firm believer in the idea that pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is one of the quickest ways to accomplish BIG goals.

And doing something for the first time can be pretty damn uncomfortable.

(Case in point — I’ve written pretty extensively about how getting choked out by grown men has helped me become better in business…and life.)

But my experience doesn’t even come close to my friend, Mark Dhamma.
