Steve Farnsworth

Steve Farnsworth is a self-proclaimed marketing geek and I LOVE that. I think what tipped me off to Steve the most (besides him being a Forbes top-50 social media influencer) is how well he’s been able to captivate and cultivate his audience over time. It’s one thing to have a lot of followers (he currently has over 80,000 on Twitter). It’s another thing entirely to have followers who appreciate, consume and redistribute your content.

In our interview, Steve and I talk about the evolution of his content, the process of gathering a following and the underlying methodology of his marketing prowess. He claims that if people knew how easy this stuff was, he’d be out of a job. I’d counter that he’s a true master of his craft that complex interactions seem effortless.
